Identify the the Right Visitors

Identify prospects that are coming to the show that have already show some interest in your products or services. Identify past customers who have done business with you in the past. Add and category these contacts in a database.

Create a Magnet to Attract Them

Put yourself in your prospect’s shoes and draw them in with something that would entice them to visit your booth. Working and walking the floors at a tradeshow can be exhausting to prospects. Follow Up 

The follow-up after the tradeshow is as important as the show itself. Make sure to get contact info from all those who stop by the booth and send them e-mails, letters after you get back. Make a telephone call to those how really showed some interest. Another gift to those who stopped by would be a nice time if budget allows.
