Be Prepared Before the Guests Arrive

• Invitations – People are busy! Send out invitations at least 3-4 weeks in advance.
• Planning – Create a to-do list a week in advance that includes the itinerary, the menu, drinks, events, and decorations.
• Preparing Your Home– Get any big cleaning projects completed 2-3 days before the party and the tidy up the day of the party. Turn off lights and shut doors to the non-public parts of your home.
